These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TIDE VPN service ("Service"), operated by TIDE VPN ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible through the Telegram bot @tide_vpnbot and the website tide-vpn.com.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Service Positioning. TIDE VPN is marketed and operated as a privacy and security tool. The Service is designed for users who want encrypted connections, protection on public Wi-Fi networks, and no-logs privacy guarantees. The Service is NOT marketed, promoted, or intended as a tool for circumventing specific national network restrictions or government-imposed content filtering. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4.1. Accounts are created and authenticated exclusively through Telegram. Your Telegram user ID serves as your unique account identifier.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. We are not liable for unauthorized access to the Service resulting from compromise of your Telegram account.
4.3. Each account is intended for personal use by a single individual. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or VPN credentials to third parties.
5.1. Permitted Use. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: protecting your privacy, securing communications on public networks, and accessing publicly available internet resources.

However, if we receive a credible, legally valid complaint regarding prohibited activities, we reserve the right to terminate the associated account. 6.3. Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will honor the price at the time of purchase for the remainder of the active billing period. Price increases for renewals will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via the Telegram bot.
6.4. Trial Period. We offer a 14-day free trial with no payment required. Trial terms will be specified at the time of enrollment.
6.5. Refund Policy. All payments are final and non-refundable. This is standard industry practice for privacy-focused VPN services, as the nature of the Service makes it impossible to verify whether and how the Service was used after a payment is made. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion for documented technical issues preventing Service use. See our Payment & Refund Policy for detailed timeframes and procedures.
7.1. We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7.2. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through the Telegram bot where practicable.

All trademarks, logos, software, and content associated with TIDE VPN are our property or are used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
9.1. By You. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us through the Telegram bot.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIDE VPN, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TIDE VPN and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration.
13.3. As our corporate structure evolves, we will update this section to specify a governing jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
